Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase for any reason, you may file request for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our
refund policy.

Refunds

All refunds must be requested within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.  If you are not satisfied for any reason with our service, no questions asked you are getting your money back. 

Refund process

For refunds, please email customer service at info@yourtriumphsolutions.com to obtain a Refund Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, you will be notified when funds were transfered back to you via email with referral RMA number.

Exceptions

If your request is sent later than thirty (30) days after your purchase you will not be eligible for refund.
